Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total using the card on file. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

A 10-minute grace period is provided. A $10 late fee applies to late arrivals. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation if there isn't enough time to complete your service without affecting other appointments.
